At LUNA SOL our founder, Nicole, is passionate about leading others to embrace their authentic selves. Having spent her life "going first" and exploring new paths, she knows what it’s like to search for deeper meaning. From her beginnings as a bodybuilder to discovering the transformative power of yoga, Nicole’s journey has shaped her mission to create a space where everyone can feel comfortable, be their true selves, and live fully alive.
Nicole’s personal exploration led her to study fitness, yoga, reiki, sound healing, somatics, trauma-informed coaching, and the art of being authentically expressive. At LunaSol, her mission is to build a community where individuals come together in a safe, welcoming environment to connect, heal, and grow. Our studio is a place where wellness is not just a practice but a lifestyle. A space where you can be you, free from judgment, and truly thrive.
